Confused? That's ok, here's a rundown...
- Daily Fruit was started in October 2001 when I was a freshman at Michigan State
- The idea is nothing more than "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." Except that this is that a few words a day will keep the psychiatrist away (so far so good)
- It became a great way for me to document my life, remember things that have happened, and just be my goofy self
- As for all the little icons, I have an impulsive need to have things quantified
- The number of comments for the entry will show up in this little icon

- Users can give entries a thumbs up (
) or thumbs down (
) depending if they like it or not which produces rating, read more about thumbing
- Users can mark entires as favorites with the

- I suggest taking a look at the most popular entries or browising the archive
- Some entries mean soemthing, some mean nothing at all
- There are plenty of people who "don't get it" and that's ok by me
- You can read more about me on the about page
- You can change the them using these little icons

- I often post Daily Fruit entries to my Twitter account if you would like to follow me
- There is an RSS feed set up as well, or if you can sign up via e-mail (if you're new to RSS feeds I suggest reading this)
- If you still have more questions you can contact me and I will happily get back to you
- Finally, if you like what you've read you can register and if you don't like what you read that's ok, now would be a good time to leave the site, I suggest JPG MAG
